How do creators get paid?
Through Stripe Connect. Creators connect a Stripe account once and payouts arrive on Stripe's schedule.
My iPhone video uploaded without picture.
iPhone HEVC .mov files aren't playable in most browsers. Switch the camera to 'Most Compatible' in iOS settings, or export as MP4 (H.264) before uploading.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete, or email us. Content and subscriptions are removed within 72 hours.
